Holistic Touch Therapies is owned and run by Liz McDonald, a Complementary Therapist and a member of the Irish Reflexologists' Institute Limited. As an I.R.I.L. trained reflexologist, Liz is qualified in many holistic therapies, including reflexology, indian head massage and reiki, and has done specialist reflexology training in maternity care, sub-fertility and cancer care.
Liz recently had an article titled 'Pregnancy and the Benefits of Reflexology' published in the I.R.I.L. magazine, 'Feet First'.
